Based on my research, our main competitors in the online course marketplace for training chefs and food enthusiasts on nutritional science, plant-based cuisine, and entrepreneurship include Plant Based Academy, Tora Flora Food, Le Cordon Bleu, The Pastry Academy, Scoolinary, Toni Rodriguez Academy, Vegan Gastronomy, Veecoco, Vegan Academy, Physalis Vegan, ICEP Hotel School, Rouxbe, Class Bento, Pure Joy Planet, and Forks Over Knives. These competitors offer a range of products and services, including online video classes, recipe guides, and certifications. Some of these competitors also offer one-on-one instruction and live training sessions. However, our unique selling point is that we provide an opportunity for our students to upload their own classes and build a community of teaching. Additionally, our team members include highly skilled media professionals and award winning chefs who have the capacity to produce content that will raise the bar in the industry.
