SOURCE OF FUNDS

Our financing plan includes a combination of equity investments from angel investors and venture capital firms, as well as revenue generated from our courses and services. We plan to raise a seed round of $500,000 to cover initial expenses such as equipment and hiring key team members.

As for future financing, we plan to continue generating revenue through our courses and services, as well as potentially pursuing additional equity investments or other funding opportunities as necessary. We will also look into other funding opportunities such as token sales, NFT sales, and other crypto-based funding. The exact details of future financing will be determined as we progress and evaluate our needs and opportunities.
