We have set ambitious yet realistic targets for our sales and revenue growth. In year one of operations, we plan to sell $322,392 of desserts through wholesale distribution, in year two, we aim to increase this to $1,083,043, and in year 3, we aim to increase this to $1,818,388.
Additionally, in year one, we plan to sell $172,460 of plant-based desserts and drinks at our dessert parlor. In year two, we aim to increase this to $208,155, and in year three, we aim to increase this to $249,786. We plan to achieve similar gross sales to the amounts listed for our parlor through the addition of one food truck and one food cart.
These targets are based on market research and analysis of the demand for plant-based food options, and we believe that with our unique offerings and marketing strategy, we will be able to achieve these goals.
