Leading our culinary team are Jeff Ramsey, a Michelin Star chef who just won the Iron Chef in Thailand, and Jonathan Keim the founder of Kokolato. We plan to work with several other master chefs as we continue to grow and expand, experimenting and pushing the boundaries of plant-based desserts.

Another competitive advantage is our unique theatrical plating experience which is provided in our dessert parlor, making plant-based eating more fun, interactive, and accessible. Our food truck also brings the same experience to different locations.
